On August 24, 2021, A-Labs Capital V Corp. capital pool company (CPC) completed its initial public offering (IPO) in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario of 2.75 million common shares in the capital of the company for gross proceeds of $275,000 and a concurrent listing of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
A-Labs Capital V Corp. is a “capital pool company” and intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a “Qualifying Transaction” under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
