4. Does Oziel Law request retainers?
Typically, when starting with a new client, we assess the initial work to be completed and request a retainer that equals the estimated costs for the initial work. To complete additional work or as the retainer is depleted, we may request a replenishment of the retainer.
5. How can I pay retainers or invoices?
We want to provide our clients with the best possible user experience with our firm. You can deposit retainer funds or pay invoices by credit card online through our website, send us an e-mail or wire transfer, send a cheque or money order, pay in cash, or even in cryptocurrency!

6. Where is my retainer money held?
All retainer funds are held in our firm’s trust account and maintained in strict accordance with the law society rules.
7. What if our business requires a legal service that Oziel Law does not provide?
To ensure the best service possible to our clients, we only perform services within our core practice areas. However, we maintain a large list of law firms that provide complementary services that we would be happy to refer your business to if the need arises.
