On October 6, 2021, Little Fish Acquisition I Corp., a capital pool company (CPC) completed its initial public offering (IPO) in British Columbia and Alberta, and concurrent listing of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Little Fish Acquisition I Corp. intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a “Qualifying Transaction” under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
