She has a broad range of expertise in corporate matters, including formation, financing deals, reorganizations and M&A. Her experience spans various industries, including gaming, mobile and web applications, social media, fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce, allowing her to provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

Thassiane has experience advising founders and investors on seed-stage financing structures, such as SAFEs, convertible notes, and preferred shares. Being a dual-qualified lawyer in Ontario and Brazil, Thassiane also assists foreign startups looking to expand their businesses to Canada. In her free time, Thassiane enjoys staying active through hiking and yoga, often with her faithful companion, a pug named Sophie. When not exploring the outdoors or on her mat, she enjoys curling up with a good book, always on the lookout for new authors and stories to discover.
