Oziel Law is pleased to welcome Judith Hong Wilkin as Counsel to the firm’s corporate and securities law group.
Judith has over 23 years of legal experience with 20 years spent with Bay Street law firms. Prior to starting her own law office in 2019, Judith was a partner at a large downtown full business law firm, specializing in corporate and securities law.
Judith has been extensively involved in assisting enterprises both in Canada and outside Canada, helping clients in acquiring or investing in Canadian businesses, starting their own companies, setting up investment funds, going public in Canada by way of IPOs and RTOs, conducting public offerings and private placements, establishing capital pool companies and their IPOs, completing take-over bids, going private transactions and other corporate and securities transactions.
