On September 28, 2021, Alpha Channel Inc., a Canadian gaming studio, announced the completion of its transaction to join Kepler Interactive Limited (Kepler), as a founding member. Kepler is a global game publisher that employs a unique model of co-ownership with its founding members, whereby game studio founders become co‑owners of Kepler and are empowered to make key strategic decisions.
