Oziel Law represented Scarcity Labs Inc. in its acquisition by DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG). Scarcity Labs is a technology company that developed and operated Ephimera, a lens-based digital art NFT marketplace. The acquisition will help support all aspects of the newly created DraftKings Marketplace, which is an NFT ecosystem built by DraftKings to provide mainstream accessibility for buying, selling, and trading digital collectibles.
