Oziel Law is pleased to welcome Thassiane Gossler back as an Associate in the Corporate/Commercial group. Thassiane is a Brazilian lawyer, who was recently called to the Ontario Bar. She joined our firm initially as a Corporate Clerk, and subsequently as an articling student, while completing her legal accreditation. Thassiane will be practicing corporate/commercial, technology and IP law, as well as M&A.
As a result of her international legal experience, Thassiane has also developed an understanding of the structures available for foreign startups expanding their businesses to Canada. Being also qualified as a Brazilian lawyer, she works closely with accelerators and business associations promoting the commercial relations between Brazil and Canada and has been regularly invited to speak at events for the international startup community.
