This week, Allan Oziel presented alongside Daniel Di Maria, co-founder of Spellbook AI, at CBA Alberta’s session on AI Contracting and Legal Risks to discuss the new opportunities and risks for both in-house and external counsel as AI reshapes how contracts are drafted, negotiated, and managed.

They shared insights on the risks that in-house counsel should keep in mind, as well as the features designed to mitigate such risks, along with the practical applications of AI for contract drafting and reviewing, contract management, and obligation tracking.

This session was hosted by the CBA Alberta CBA In-House Lawyers (North) Section.
