Our Partner, Massimo Orsini, will be chairing an Ontario Bar Association program on AI Tools in Legal Practice, exploring the practical and professional challenges AI brings to client communications.

As AI tools become increasingly common in legal practice, lawyers must be prepared to navigate new professional and practical challenges in client communication. The session will cover best practices for disclosing AI use to clients, how to respond when clients use AI to generate draft documents, and strategies for constructively handling clients using AI tools to second-guess legal advice, including how to maintain trust and reinforce the value of legal expertise.

The program takes place on Friday, May 22, 2026 from 12:00 to 1:30 PM ET, delivered virtually. Accredited by the Law Society of Ontario. Register at oba.org.
