Banxa Holdings Inc. (formerly, A-Labs Capital I Corp.) announced the completion of its qualifying transaction with BTC Corporation Holdings Pty Ltd. on December 24, 2020. Today, Banxa Holdings Inc.’s common shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) under the ticker BNXA.
