Allan Oziel’s practice focuses on providing a broad range of business law services to clients ranging from start-up ventures to established businesses.
Prior to founding Oziel Law, Allan had experience practicing in a full-service Bay Street firm and acted as corporate counsel for a public financial institution. His experience has provided him with a unique perspective of the client’s preference for creative business solutions.
Allan is an active writer and speaker in the legal community. He is currently a Chair of the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Solo and Small Firm Conference and is a regular speaker on technology and intellectual property law, legal practice management, legal software and legal marketing. In addition to his regular entries at the Oziel Law Blog, Allan is a regular contributor to Lawyers Weekly magazine and ITBusiness.ca.
In his spare time, Allan enjoys spending time with his family, reading up on the latest technology trends and watching his beloved Toronto Raptors.
