Sophie Nisker

Sophie is a Legal Assistant and Junior Law Clerk, supporting the firm’s lawyers with a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters. She assists with preparing and organizing corporate documents and records, including incorporations, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance matters. With an attention to detail and a practical approach, Sophie helps ensure that client matters are handled efficiently and accurately. She is committed to providing reliable support to both clients and the legal team while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm.

Before starting at Oziel Law, Sophie earned a Paralegal Education diploma from Humber College and obtained her P1 license with the Law Society of Ontario.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling, watching baseball, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog.
