Kaili Prost

Kaili’s practice focuses on corporate law, specializing in private practice. With an educational background in Paralegal Studies, Kaili went on to complete the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario program, graduating the Fellowship Corporate Law courses with honours.

Before joining Oziel Law, Kaili worked for both boutique and national law firms. With over 10 years of experience, she has developed extensive knowledge in formation and organization, reorganizations, financing deals, M&A, continuances, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, and general corporate maintenance.

Kaili is always striving to be current in her knowledge of corporate law, often seeking out additional educational opportunities to benefit the large scope of our clients.

In her free time, Kaili enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, photography, curling up with a good book, and is currently learning to speak Estonian.
