James Brink

James Brink’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, with particular emphasis on venture capital fund formation, portfolio investment transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity financings, and corporate restructuring.

James brings to Oziel Law nearly two decades of experience at a respected corporate and securities boutique, where he advised a diverse range of clients — from emerging companies to established enterprises — on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters. He has served as external in-house counsel to GreenSky Ventures for over a decade. His entrepreneurial clients extend across a wide range of industries, including hardware and software technology development and implementation, professional services and consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Outside of the office, James enjoys time with his family, woodworking, and whittling away at a stack of books that grows faster than he can read them.
