Devang Rangel

Devang is a Legal Assistant who supports the firm with client onboarding, legal administration, and day-to-day office operations. He works closely with the firm’s lawyers to assist with a variety of legal and administrative matters, including the preparation and filing of corporate documents and records such as formation, organization, and other corporate governance materials. Through his attention to detail and organizational skills, he helps ensure that client matters and firm operations run efficiently.

Devang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from York University and a Law Clerk Accelerated diploma from Seneca Polytechnic. Prior to joining Oziel Law, he completed an internship in employment litigation, where he gained experience preparing and filing court documents, including Statements of Claim and Statements of Defence, maintaining client tracking systems, and supporting legal professionals with case management and administrative tasks.

Outside of work, Devang enjoys travelling, following sports, playing basketball, and staying active.
