Anjelika Nella

Anjelika is an associate at the firm, advising startups and established businesses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, governance matters, and other day-to-day legal needs, providing practical advice to help businesses navigate each stage of growth.

Prior to joining Oziel Law, Anjelika articled and practiced at a corporate and securities boutique law firm, where she advised public and private companies on corporate transactions, including equity financings, commercial agreements and securities matters. Before pursuing a legal career, she gained experience in business development providing her with a practical understanding of clients’ commercial goals.

Anjelika completed her J.D. at the University of Windsor. During law school, she was a member of the Student Law Society Finance Committee. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Political Science from St. Lawrence University where she competed on the Alpine Ski Team.

In her free time, Anjelika enjoys running, playing tennis and trying new restaurants.
