  • FOUNDER ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENTS to confirm the roles and responsibilities of founders and to tie their equity compensation to a vesting schedule.
  • INITIAL DRAFT OF SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT
  • FORM OF ONTARIO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT for new employees, including Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights Schedule
  • FORM OF CONTRACTOR & ADVISOR AGREEMENT, including Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights Schedule
