Securities and Corporate Lawyer (3-5 Year)

About You

Oziel Law is seeking a lawyer with 3 to 5 years of securities and corporate law experience, with a strong background in public/private financings, public/private M&A, RTOs, IPOs, continuous disclosure obligations, and TSX Venture policies. The successful candidate is a passionate problem-solver, who wants to gain a deep understanding of securities and corporate law while working in an environment that values empathy, honesty, and responsibility. About the Role

As a business and technology law boutique, we work with entrepreneurs at the forefront of innovation: software, gaming, robotics, consumer electronics, AI, apparel, foodtech, blockchain, and cannabis-related products and services.

Your role will involve:

  • running and supporting corporate finance, M&A, and go-public transactions
  • reviewing, drafting and negotiating documents, and
  • providing day-to-day advice to clients with respect to their securities and corporate law needs.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in innovation initiatives, such as product development; we have lots of ideas and want you to contribute!
