About You

Oziel Law is seeking a lawyer with 2 to 3 years of corporate and technology law experience, with a strong background in startups, private financings, and technology contract drafting. The successful candidate is a passionate problem-solver, who wants to gain a deep understanding of corporate and technology law while working in an environment that values empathy, honesty, and responsibility. About the Role

As a business and technology law boutique, we work with founders and entrepreneurs at the forefront of innovation, including from the following industries: software, gaming, robotics, consumer electronics, AI, apparel, foodtech, healthtech, blockchain, and cannabis-related products and services.

Your role will involve managing a busy technology startup practice and working directly with founders as a trusted advisor as they embark on their startup journey. This may include:

  • corporate law matters;
  • drafting complex technology and commercial contracts, licenses, and policies;
  • helping these startups navigate capital raises; and
  • and assisting in M&A transactions.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in innovation initiatives, such as product development and automation. We are always looking for innovative lawyers who have ideas to contribute!
